Meet Our Team

I have been working for Integrated since it opened its doors in 2007; first as a tech and for the last 14 years as a Physical Therapist Assistant. I graduated from Northern Virginia Community College's PTA program in 2009 and have continued to support the program by taking students and now working as an adjunct faculty member in the open lab.

Over the years I have furthered my skills with continuing education in the Graston Technique, Kinesiotaping, McKenzie Method, and Ergonomics to bring a variety of skills to my patients and fellow co-workers. It is our goal at Integrated to support all appropriate patient populations and help them return to their prior levels of function within a fun and patient centered environment. I have a passion for helping people learn to be the best version of themselves and learning how to move their bodies is an integral part of that.

I am most often heard talking about my amazing daughter/mini me, Chloe, and her many activities that keep me running and cheering across Virginia. I also love engaging with my patients discussing some of the things I love including: reading, horses, sports and my family.
