Rhonda Graham, PTA
I was born in Wisconsin, and when I was 8 my parents moved to Sunny Florida where I have spent most of my life. I spent my high school years and early 20’s in Northern Va, and attended Broad Run High School in the days when it was Ashburn’s only high school! I was a competitive gymnast and dabbled in track.
I started my career as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer over 25 years ago and have been practicing as a PTA for 13. I’ve spent several years in Miami working in a manual and Pilates based outpatient therapy center and was fortunate to join the Integrated team4 years ago. I focused my studies on John Barne’s myofascial release, Thai-Mashiato, Ki-Hara resistance stretching, Titleist Performance Institute Level 2 medical certification, FMS and SFMA. My passion is helping patients and giving them the tools they need to live a pain free life. I believe in treating the body as a whole, and treating the root of the problem, not just the symptoms. I love my career and am grateful to have found Integrated Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy to continue learning and growing
